Besides the usually odd fragments of iron, lead and bronze the finding were not spectacular and many. But amongst those to mention: knife from the 15-16th century, muskett ball, a big canonball from one of the first firearms:"Hakebøsse".Written sources tells about an attack from pirates in 1542.Mayby the cannon ball is a remaining from this event?

The iron knife on the left was found by John Kvanli on a nearby farm.It is from early 700 century AD. That is early viking era.The finding was delivered in to the Museum of archaeology in Oslo.

Trygve Måleng use his probe to locate small objects.

Lista gave us a fantastic nature experience with blue sky and sun all weekend.
